We welcome insured and non-insured patients
Ensuring quality, affordability, and a bright smile for your child
Your child’s unique smile is our top priority. As we continually evolve to meet our patient’s needs, we’ve made important updates to our payment procedures to allow us to prioritize conservative treatments and maintain our focus on the quality of our care, while still offering affordable treatments to our young patients. Effective November 1, 2023, we will be an out-of-network provider for the following plans:
- Humana
- Cigna
- Aetna
- Ameritas
- Sun Life Financial
- Principal
- Guardian
- Delta Dental
What do these changes mean for you?
This allows us to prioritize quality care and personalized attention for your child’s dental needs.
Our commitment to your child’s smile… Let us handle any needed paperwork and submit insurance claims on your behalf. This means that eligible reimbursement will be sent directly to you from your insurance carrier, allowing a smoother, stress-free experience.
We’re excited to simplify the process by filing all claims with insurance providers.
Payment Options
Starting November 1, 2023, Tiny Teeth of Tally will operate as an out-of-network provider for these plans. To ensure prompt attention to your child’s dental needs, full payment is expected at the time of the appointment.
Payment options include:
- Cash
- Checks
- Credit cards
We are an out-of-network provider for Delta Dental.
What does “fee-for-service” mean?
Despite the fact that from November 1, 2023, we will no longer be directly affiliated with insurance companies, we’ll still handle any needed paperwork and submit insurance claims on your behalf. This means that any eligible reimbursement will be sent directly to you allowing a worry-free experience.
Transparent Estimates
At Tiny Teeth of Tally, we believe in clarity and transparency. To help you understand potential reimbursements, we’ll gladly file a pre-determination of benefits with your insurer before treatment. This allows you to know upfront what portion of the cost you can expect to be reimbursed.
Treatment under General Anesthesia at TMH
If your child is scheduled for dental treatment under general anesthesia at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH), there will be no changes to your insurance coverage. We ensure your child’s dental care journey remains seamless and consistent.
